Before your first visit please gather any previous medical or adoption records you may have for your pet or if your pet has any records from a previous hospital please provide that hospital with our email so they can send us your pets records. Our email is [email protected]. Your veterinarian needs this information to get an accurate record of your pet’s medical history and to create the best treatment plan for your pet.

When you visit our animal hospital, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash. This will prevent any incidents with other animals that may also be in the reception area.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted warmly and checked in by our receptionist, and your pet’s weight may be taken. When it is time for your appointment one of our veterinary technicians will escort you and your pet to an exam room where she will ask you some questions regarding your visit.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

When the veterinarian examines your pet, he/she will take the time to listen and ask questions so he/she can understand your concerns. Your veterinarian will also perform a physical examination of your pet-checking his/her eyes, ears, mouth, and listening to his/her heart-and will ask you questions about his/her habits and activities.
